At the start of the summer break, we invited Squirrels, Beavers Cubs and Scouts to think of a personal challenge and collect sponsorship for it to go towards maintenance of our meeting place.
Young people from different sections in the group have done different challenges and ways to raise sponsorship. We had sponsored reads, sponsored silences, sponsored walks and one Beaver Scout did some craft making, taking the resulting craft to sell at the local car show!
